5,000 people + Aviv Gefen wearing tight clothes and glitter = Good times at the 2006 Arts and Crafts Fair
The music was all right, but the amount of people was insane and the Jerusalemites were going crazy. Too cheap to pay for a cab, we walked an hour from Sultan's Pool to Mt. Scopus, meandering through multiple Arab villages with only the light of the moon and a few scattered street signs to direct us. We made it home alive, feeling accomplished and out of breath.
In other news, we are breeding little birds in our apartment, and if the mother doesn't return, we will eat them for breakfast.
This is the apartment in which they live:
faulty faucets and ample cabinet space;
hallway, stark and white;
environmentally friendly toilet;
my crib: hello kitty, hotmail, and hellacious heat.
