I've been a bit wary of writing my first entry in this journal, merely watching everyone else, but I suppose it is an assignment. I've been reading what everyone else has been saying with some interest, but I did get distracted earlier and not check it...

...until Lavender just came and found me and told me I needed to read them NOW. Finch-Fletchley, why do you have to be such a bloody git? You're a right eejit, you know that?

Bollocks.

What was I saying? Oh yes, I'm still trying to figure out the point of these things. I suppose it is rather interesting, but interesting in a good way or bad way I have yet to decide. In time, perhaps I'll know. And we'll all know if this helps with anything at all.

Back to the books, methinks. If I get behind after only the first week of classes mum will kill me.
