I suppose I've been rather busy with other things the past week or so, and haven't made an entry of note in this thing. To begin with, my Valentine's Day was superb - and trust me, Lavender, even without those chocolates very little would have been different.
Aside from spending wonderful hours with Lavender, I've actually managed to focus a bit more on my school work. Part of this motivation comes from my mum's owls that repeatedly ask for my marks for every little assignment. I suppose she's still a a bit put out with all the, uh, things that tend to happen here that don't involve education and wants to ensure I'm at least learning. I've actually tried to tell her that we're learning a lot more here than books and spells and the characteristics of certain potions, blah blah blah. We get quite a bit of practical application at times, don't we?
Nevertheless, I'm not really in the studying mood right now. I think I might go out on the pitch for a bit of flying. Anyone who wants to join me is welcome.
