Well everyone knows that selling seashells and picking pickled peppers are best done at mid day, but the proposal thing on a beach is best done at sunset, and at sunset the barrels of seafood would be kept fresh because it's cool outside, and sitting on a seashell covered stone while it's cool outside is never fun, so the proposal wouldnt take long. and in 1492 they didnt have modern clocks, they kinda had to bs it, so my guess is somewhere around 6 or 630 at night is the best time.
