I'm sorry, your last note came just as I was leaving the dorm, and then I completely forgot about it. Oh, la, I can be so scatterbrained sometimes.
I made a bit more progress on our project over hols, though, so whenever you're free I can show you my notes and we can figure out what we have left to find out. Father helped me a bit; he's very interested in magical creatures.
How have you been? I know that's usually how you're supposed to start a letter, but variety is the spice of things requiring spicing. Such as letters, if you eat letters.
