yay i went to san francisco yesterday! :]
we went to that exhibit in the masonic center.. "the universe within"
it's that exhibit with all those DEAD PEOPLE.
"visitors are torn between fascination and uneasiness". sort of? my favorite display was the guy that was chopped to pieces with the pieces spread out. and i noticed that all the full dead bodies displays have a sign that says "do not touch" but ONE, the lady with the highheels and missing shopping bag says " do not take picture". suspicious, no?
anyways, i now know that im not going to be a surgeon when i grow up, and i am also deeply inspired not to donate my body to medical purposes after i'm.. gone. yup. i learned so much from that place, i know.
my dad said that the guy who did the exhibition isnt really part of the university of beijing? and its all illegal? how weird.
thennn we toured in and out of the hotels around the center. ohohoh in that one hotel, the mark hopkins one, they have free drinks :] and one of them was CUCUMBER WATER. so light and refreshing. i should try making that. andd we went to the hyatt and ate appetizer and dessert in the equinox revolving restaurant. and then we drove to r & g's chinese restaurant but the line was long long long so we went to tommy toy's for dinner instead. so weird. french style chinese cuisine. it's supposed to be really famous and expensive. it was yumm.
on the corner across from the r&g's theres this sign. "Adult Media: our name says it all!" okay ANYWAYS. end of san francisco adventure.
what's with the comment in the last entry? i dont get it. im not that fond of guessing games either.
