(no subject)
So i havent updated in like forever so i decided i would give just a quick review of my summer. First it start in houston with christin .. but we forgot to take pictures so yeah. then we went home and we took our sisters out of school so we could have a sisterly lunch. & in the car we were being very silly jamming out.
then when kimberlie came back from canada, me, christin &kimberlie went to dinner then afterwards rented a movie and just chilled at my house.
Fathers day weekend we went to the beach just the three of us and got great tans. Then came my birthday which was in june. i was in new braunfels & we went tubing durning the day which of course was tonz of fun. then we went to olive garden for dinner with my grandparents, my family & the becks. the next day me and brandi went to san antonio to hang out with some of her friends from utsa.
In july we went on a roadtrip just me & brandi & our moms. first we went to memphis, to graceland, then we went to the botanical gardens which was beautiful, then we went on a boat ride down the mississippi. then we went down beale street, which was super packed because there was a concert going on like a street over.
then that night we were suppose to spend the night in memphis but the hurrincane was coming and it was suppose to flood really bad so we decide at 11pm to go ahead and drive to pigeon forge. so we got to pigeon forge at like 7am and our room wasnt ready yet so we had to sleep in the car until it was cleaned and ready so then we went to sleep and woke up around lunch time got ready and ate lunch then we went to gattlinburg which wasnt too far like 10 to 20mins. we went up into the smoky mountains and did some hiking and lots of picture taking but the are not on my camera so i didnt want to have to scan them so yeah. then we waked through the town and did the tourist thing. then the next day we did some shopping & went to the dixie stampeade. & played putt putt.
then we drove to kentucky & saw ab lincolns log cabin which was intersting cause i have wanted to see it since i was in third grade. the we drove through indiana, illionsis, and missouri. in st. louis missouri we went to the gateway arch and over looked the skyline of st. louis. the next day we went to brandson at went to the legends concert then drove to eureka springs, arkansas & went on a ghost story tour. at the crescent hotel, which was very interesting. then the last day we went on the holy land tour & the great passion play. then drove home.
then it was just hanging out with the family. in the beginning of august christin met me in san antonio & we did some shopping & talking. then it was time for me to come back to lubbock. and my grandparents came with me and we got my room all finished and my cuzin is going to tech now so her family was here & we all went to eat. And after this week summer is officially over. so that is a very short version of my summer.
