(no subject)
For the second time in 5 days I got caught in the crazy downpour. As the bus I was on pulled into the mall, I thought two things 1) My gosh I really have to pee and 2) Im hungry and I feel like burger king.
So after establishing that I believe I can pee and get a burger in the 10 minutes I have till my bus comes, I dash into the mall. The bathroom took about two minutes, ok, 8 minutes to get a burger to go from BK ? Sounds ok right? Well the staff at Burger King sucks ass and I missed my bus by about a minute. Couldn't have been more than a minute since I saw it go by as I was jogging back to the bus stop.
I wait 5 minutes for a different bus to get home. The rain starts pouring 2 stops from mine. I have no umbrella. Two steps off the bus, and I am drenched. By the time I make it to my door I am laughing so I don't cry, and totally reliving my experience which was much of the same on Saturday.
I get in the door, my sneakers dripping when I take them off and hold them up. Even my bra and underwear are soaked!
BAH! Rain rain go away! Lol. I figure I'm safe, I mean what are the odds it can happen again this week ???
