Just catching up with the old LJ
I'm just trying to wind down after a day of working and a night of programming. Shannon and I went looking for wedding decorations the other day with her roommate. Any store with the word wedding or bridal automatically adds a huge markup. For example if
regular bottled of water: $1.99
special bridal water: $29.99 and requires a attendant to serve it and security guy who each get paid 50 bucks a pop.
I'm just exaggerating, we are looking forward to the wedding and we're trying to make sure that it is an enjoyable time. By the way you can sign the virtual guest book at our wedding site
I have been told no to the following ideas for the reception:
no sumo outfits
no pinatas in our likeness
no dressing up the groom and best man like astronauts
no wedding march by Queen from the Flash Gordon soundtrack
no jello wrestling or jello shots
