Reading the TV Week this week made me miss teevee.

I think all that House did last night was remind me about all the good television I'm NOT getting.  Even though I've SEEN all the episodes the TV Week was talking about... I still have cravings to see it!  Watching repeats is NEVER as satisfying as having actual eps.

Still - things I'm looking forwards too:

The Tudors - It airs on Foxtel's 'Showcase' channel on Wednesday on the 6th, starring a VERY hunky looking Jonathan Rhys Meyers, and also Sam Neill, whom I've loved since Jurassic Park.  I shall be relying on the parental to record this for me.

Secret Diary of a Call Girl - It airs on Nine eventually, and stars the delightful Billie Piper.  Really, I don't care what else it's about. *g*  I like that the commerical channel's are bringing in English stuff though (lets hope they don't balls it up like Ten did with Torchwood.)

Chuck - This co-stars Adam Baldwin, which is probably the only reason it caught my attention.  It airs on Nine and looks... interesting.

Pushing Daisies - EVERYONE is talking about this show!  It airs on Nine and I'll probably have to figure out if my VCR still works to catch it.  Looking forwards to it though because I realised I NEED a show will good unbelievable angst and UST to keep my inner Hopeless Romantic happy - that way I can better appreciate the 'friendships' on Bones and House.

And finally, The Sarah Connor Chronicles (has anyone tried saying that fast ten times?!) - because hey, Summer!  I've heard only good things.  I will need to watch the Terminator movies sometime before it airs on Nine so I can refresh my memory.

Other then that, I will sit and twiddle my thumbs as I await the return of my favs (I believe there is still an episode of Bones and House floating around teevee land, and I've 8 episodes of Lost I'm go be subjected to by my sister - which I might end up enjoying for lack of anything better to draw my attention (and obsession) - And I've got Torchwood to keep me happy huntil March, when Doctor Who starts back up.  And really, after that I'll be drowning in my fandom love and won't care what ever else I'm NOT watching.)
