For Title explaination, see Diana's journalWell, things are getting very scarey. The savings are dwindling waaaay down, and I've had to allow my Grandmother to pay my credit card bill for the last two months. Baylor is STILL a possibility but a very iffy one. Not to mention it's taking too long. I'm trying to think of how I'm going to make next ( Read more... )

I have $200 to my name and no spouse.
My luck better get better, or I'm going to be standing at a red light with a cardboard sign asking YOU for money through your car window. Manpower has already had me set up twice for a job. The first one was at Baylor and they decided that the candidate needed a degree. The next one was in Coppell, but I was out of town and by the time I got back, someone else had taken it. It's just another example of fate playing a little game of "here-ya-go, OH, wait, no-you-don't" with me.

yeah, I have a spouse, but right now that means nothing. Our credit cards are almost maxed out from buying groceries and diapers. We still haven't paid a single hospital bill, our car payment was a month late last month (still hasn't been paid for this month either) and I called to cancel the cable today. (still gonna have basic with HBO though) If I don't have a job by the end of the month, we won't be able to pay rent next month. or if we do, we won't eat.. or our car will be repo'd.. anyway, I keep missing out on jobs too. I put in an app, then go back a week later and they JUST hired someone. i need to be checking back the very next day apparently. anyway, I think my hour needs are what's holding me up, so I'm re-thinking the stay at home thing to get a full time job.

oh yeah.. definitely, I see your point there. Well, if It was just me, I'd probably have to resort to flipping burgers a long time ago. but then, me and Tonya's relationship is getting pretty strained due to the stress and lack of money..
