This is for Jass, who wanted me to blog about today.

Ahem.

Today, we were lounging about and pigging out at Great World City!
Since the IRS ushering briefing thing was at 1430, we met there at 1300 to have lunch - me and ming and jass and ronnie. After a not particularly satisfying lunch, (we more or less agreed that the food was sub-standard) we talked aimlessly about S.H.E and Jay Chou and November Chopin (was that what it was called?) and hair and actresses with wierd hair and how cheronne's sister's hair defied gravity and how Einstein's hair defying gravity was related to the discovery of gravity (i suddenly realise, he wasnt the one who discovered gravity. Was he?)and food and... erm. Yeah. You get the picture. Endless ramblings. Anyway, me and cheronne went to get drinks, but we decided the drink stall's drinks were SO EXPENSIVE ($1.40 for a coke with lime!!!) that we went all the way to cold storage next door to save about half the price (: How very typically Singaporean. There is always this sense of satisfaction when you save on something, you know?

Then, we decided that it was about time to go, so we went.
We didnt get lost.
On the way, we saw this lady who looked suspiciously familiar. Ying Ming (or someone else? dont remember) went "Hey! Isnt that Ms Ow?"
Jass said, "No lah, sOW's stomach bigger."
(she was wearing sunglasses, by the way. As well as a sleeveless blouse and long dark coloured pants. Skinny.)
We walked a little closer, and then right past her.
Me: "You know, it looks like Ms Ang."
Jass: "Yeah... NO WAIT it IS Ms Ang. You're ms ang right?"
Ms Ang: "..."

Yeah. So in the end she was on her way there as well. Freaky, no?
OHYEAH OHYEAH.
Backtracking a bit, we saw the DHS teacher (the long skinny one from the lit sem) at cold storage.
TWO TEACHERS IN ONE DAY. GASP.

mmhmmm mmhmmm.
Then, there was the briefing...
-fast forward-

okay. Back at GWC.
I decided to first head to the toilet, because my berms were showing from beneath my skirt. COUGH. I took them off, and then we started on a short-lived shopping spree - it lasted one shop.
Then we got hungry.
Thus began the Journey to the basement, where we started stuffing our faces heartily. First up was Cinnabun Tree, which i really regret not eating... but anyway. IT SMELLED SO CINAMMONY. AAAH.
Then we had ice-creams and yoghurt, and then we went to cold storage, where we got some of old chang kee's lovely oily crispy sotong heads and such. Then we went to the sushi stall next door and got sushi. AAAAH. SALMON. Which turned out to be not as fresh as the store opposite, but nevermind. We got some of those later, too (: FRESH SALMON (raw) IS LOVE.

Then, we went to seven eleven and got slurpees and mashed potato and mush soup, and we went our uneventful (for the most part) ways back.

Sigh. I never know how to end these things. Ah. Oh yeah (: good luck to all IRS presenters tomorrow hor!!
Will be there, bright and early, in a banana suit.
