Has anyone dealt with late ptsd? I am a SA survivor from nearly 15 years ago. The "anniversary" is coming up this week. The 2nd, 5th, 10th never fazed me. I usually didn't realize until after and thought how thankful I was that I didn't remember on the date. For some reason this year it's haunting me. A song, a smell, a phrase reminds me. I don't know why.

I don't want to obsess. But I also know if this is bugging me now there's got to be a reason.
