I had a great day yesterday. Katie and I celebrated our six months together in the village...there is no better way than that, at least I think. I love going to the city and I plan on going more...so a number of you should join us next time.
New York City is always interesting....the lady on the train who goes on and on about herself behind you while you are trying to nod off before your stop...or the guy wearing the construction hat adorned with tons of colorful stickers (including Dora the Explorer) ...or the adorable gay man who teased us for bickering about where we should have our dinner....speaking of which....
I had this veggie burger yesterday that was absolutely orgasmic..true story.
...anddd we went to this comedy club where I go to enjoy a Michelob and listen to some really funny acts.
So, needless to say....after being in the city until the wee hours of the morning...I am absolutely fucking exhausted. I actually feel slightly hungover but I did not drink nearly enough for that to actually happen. I am going to need many, many cups of coffee to keep myself somewhat functional. (My Dad is actually snagging me one from Dunkin' Donuts as we speak...yesss!)
I plan on finishing my paper for developmental psychology today. Wish me luck...I also have to get up early tomorrow to participate in this study...one I actually get paid for (regardless, it is awesome experience and I would do it anyway...
