i'm a co-moderator of the camwhores community. in order for you to retain your eligibility as a member, we require that your full birthdate be stated in your user info. we randomly check the member list (which is why i'm commenting in the first place) so it's important that you leave it in there. if you don't want your birthdate in your user info i'm afraid you'll have to leave (or be removed) since there are no exceptions to this rule. this is not because us moderators are nazis. we had problems in the past, as you may or may not be aware of, with minors having access to the nude posts, and livejournal maintainers got on our asses. if you choose to cooperate, thanks much. but if any of us notice in the future that your user info is sans birthdate, you will be removed without warning.
