Teh plague
The viral infection Mariah succumbed to last week has got me, finally. We thought it might, as I'd begun to sleep a lot and be fatigued earlier in the week like she started. Now I'm into it fully today.
It has funny symptoms. My knees got dizzy... not weak, dizzy. It's like the flu and makes you brain groggy, comes with aches and pains but no fever. I don't actually feel really awful, just so very achy and drained and my brain is fuzzy and my glands are tender. I canceled my interviews with staffing agencies for today, called out sick on any plans I made for the weekend. Mariah's still dragging from hers, though she's over the worst. I hope it doesn't drag out longer than a week.
G's sister said we probably got it from her kids, somethings going around a lot like strep without the white. Takes as long to go through it, we're told.
I really really don't want to have to go to the doctor for this. I don't have any money to pay my co-pay. I have $.60 for the bus.
