Customer only left negative because I did.
Please refer to this post where, on 03/28, she asked if she can send cash or money order in payment for item.
The same day, I sent her my address. That is a finalized transaction and I being counting the 10 days during which the customer can send me payment.
On 4/4 or 4/5 I sent an e-mail reminding all of my pending transactions that I was expecting payment.
Her reply:

"I just got my paypal account verified today, so now i dont have to use my
boyfriends cc paypal anymore. Ive been busy all day trying to get stuff ready to ship out in the morning. If you reply with your paypal addy, ill send you the $6 for the UD lip gunk by midnight [when i go to bed] i just really have to get these ready first. "
That day, at 17:05, I e-mailed the customer as a reminder that we had agreed on cash or money order.
The customer replied,
"hmmm.
ok, i must have somehow forgotten about that. :/
ill check back through my posts and find your address and ship it out
then. I dont know I could have gotten confused, I hardly ever offer to
send cash/money order. it takes 4 days to transfer paypal money to a bank account, so i will just have to wait until then. if this is a problem, let me know."
I then replied that and "the time it takes to get a payment isn't a problem
because I've gotten some offers to trade but I really
need the money so I'll wait."
A few hours later, the customer's reply was:
"Ill send first class, so it should be there in three days after i send it.. it just depends how long paypal takes to send it to the bank account. i sent over $100 the other day, which should be there soon, so ill just take $6 outta that whenever it comes. and also, i use postage with stamps.com so ill put delivery confirmation on it, since its cash im sending.. umm.. i dunno.. haha. ill try and remember to e mail you back to let you know i sent it, ohhh actually, when i print the postage, for the delivery confirmation, ill put your e mail addy down, so you will be getting an e mail saying that i sent it, and im pretty sure it includes the confirmation number.. i dunno, it doesnt show me what they say, but if not, i can always track it. it tells exact delivery time, which is awesome :)
Anyways, ill get it out asap."

Well, I didn't really need all of that but I waited patiently for the money to come, and 13 days later, 4/18, I sent the customer this e-mail:
"Hi, I was wondering when I should be expecting payment
for the Urban Decay lip gunk in Bruise color. It's
been way over the designated 10 days, and if I don't
get payment within three days I'm relisting the item
and leaving negative feedback. Sorry to be so harsh,
but I'm really sick of deadbeats. Thanks, I hope you understand."
This is the reply I recieved from the customer and you can check out the feedback she left me here as well as the feedback I left her.
4/19
"You told me you needed the money, which is why you were being patient
with me and not trading it to someone. Whether youre sick of deadbeats or
not, Im not a deadbeat and dont want to be implied as one in any way.
The payment was sent to you on the 15th or 16th, I really dont even want this product from you, so go ahead and leave me a negative feedback, and return my letter to sender when you recieve it, because its bullshit. :/ I ship out dozens of packages a day, and when someone needs time, they need time. I told you i would send it as soon as I could, and I did. mail doesnt arrive cross country in one day, i hope you realize this."
My reply was:
"Hey, I don't know why you are coming off like this to
me. It's unprofessional to back out of orders, but
I'll gladly send your money back because I would
rather not do business with you at all. On April 5th,
you e-mailed me this:
Ill send first class, so it should be there in three
days after... [you can see this letter above]
I don't think it's too much to question why 13 days
later I still don't have the money. Also, you have no
right to curse at me. It's not just unprofessional,
it's plain rude, and I'll be more than glad to leave
you negative feedback. If you didn't want the item,
you should have just said so in the first place and
not wasted my time and yours. So thank you, you'll be
seeing your letter whenever I get it and have time to
send it back out."

And just in case it gets deleted:
I said "Feedback is from a seller.
This customer backed out of an order after sending payment, requesting it back, and was unpleasant to deal with."
Her reply was: "because you treated me like i was a cunt.
dont tell someone you will give them time to send payment, and then turn around and imply that their a deadbeat.
YOU were fucking HORRIBLE to deal with. You know out of every transaction ive ever done, you are the only person to say negative? You cant say one thing and go back on it.
Negative x a fuckin MILLION for you."

And once again, in case it gets deleted,
"dont tell someone you will give them time to send payment, and then turn around and imply that their a deadbeat. AFTER I had already sent payment.
YOU were fucking HORRIBLE to deal with. You know out of every transaction ive ever done, you are the only person to say negative? You cant say one thing and go back on it.
Negative x a fuckin MILLION for you."
Well, my potential customers can see for themselves that sometimes we all get dealt the unfortunate card of having to make transactions with customers who are unprofessional, rude, and obviously don't know how to handle themselves in business situations.
Also, it just plain reflects so poorly on a person when they have to resort to using foul language because they can't come up with anything better to say. I think my leaving negative feedback was justified, but if it makes this customer feel better to leave me the same, then so be it.
