In my case, anyways.
I've been at my grease-pit job for almost 2 years, I'm not even making 9 bucks an hour and I work ALOT and put up with ALOT of shit.
I do the things that nobody else will do, which is basically everything.
Anything that I don't do gets done half-assed which in turn makes more work for me.
I get fucked over for shifts when I have seniority and whatever people complain about.
I have to fight for a day off.
I have to argue with my boss to tell people to smarten up.
If somebody calls in sick it's "Oh, Ok, we'll get Marlise (or Darlece) to work."
When I call in sick, it's "I have nobody to work, you HAVE to come in."
I need a job that's not in a grease pit or a food joint, I'm at my wits end.
Something that pays well above minimum (I make $8.60)
Where I'll get more than 15 hours a week.
I need to work in a more professional setting, with people who actually TRY at their job, who try to make it easier on fellow employees and have a way more understanding boss.

Oh and with people who know what to do in this situation:
"What happens if we run out of lettuce and tomatoes?"
"CUT SOME IF YOU NEED SOME."
