Three months, no cigarettes.
Had a dream last night about smoking one though, was odd. I had to assure myself that I didn't actually have one when I woke up in the morning.
My friend's father said it took him FIVE YEARS before he felt comfortable that he would never go back to smoking. *sigh*
Ah well, a long journey begins with the first step.
