couscous.
so last night, i attempted to make a nice dinner for travis.
i was all nervous about it though.
i guess i was feeling rather intimidated since he went to culinary school and stuff, haha.
anyways, it started off well... i cooked my veggies and had the pasta on, then i went to make the alfredo sauce and it turned out all gloppy..
i think i put in too much cheese, so i was all flustered.
i also wasn't really sure how to cook these giant scallops that i bought.
so, luckily he arrived just in time to help me out.
haha, he fixed my sauce and cooked the scallops and it all turned out really well actually.
regardless of my almost failing dinner, he acted like i'd just given him a million dollars or something, hehe.
it's good to feel appreciated.
then we watched "hells kitchen" and some "family guy", before heading back to his house.
tonite, his sister and niece come in from oregon.
