I'm itching for something new to take hold of me and soar. I get a rush just thinking about it and anticipating it but it never comes... and it's driving me BANANAS!!! It's like all these ideas are just under the surface but just won't come out. I don't know why this is happening. Perhaps being sad and pathetic was the medium between my unconscious and sub-conscious. I'll be damned, however, if I go back to that again. Haha.

Maybe it's just I want to write something deep and touching but the only things I can think of to have the affect I want are love and especially sadness and tragedy. But my heart isn't feeling sad, just awake and revived. And love... Well, it's just not enough original topic for me.

Perhaps I could try writing something spiritually uplifting, written in such a way that it may help people who aren't spiritually active want to search for their own path. But that sounds a little corny, especially since I'm too intellectually geared. Emotions along with spirituality don't mesh well with science because they're all too alike when it comes to complexity as well as mystery. Not to mention, the art of science takes away from the science of art.

Imagine poems being written about the human body, chemistry, and mathematics equations. I don't think "Them Bones" was a very good piece of literature. Poems and songs are good for remembering things, but especially when you are a writer, the best songs and poems (or creative writing) are remembered best when they are vivid and help you imagine being in the same circumstances, and the fictional or past feelings of another become your own even though you're not truly experiencing what causes them.. You relate and are so drawn to it that you feel it. When a writer can do that, they're awesome.

Learning isn't as fun as knowing, but it takes learning to get there so a lot of people don't know much anymore. It's really sad.

I want to tell you a little something that I've realized today.

I was watching Oprah and this woman said she knew the secret of life. I wasn't sure whether she was talking about how we came to be, some secret way to live, or what. So I continued watching and, actually, I realized that I knew the secret already, and I'm actually putting it into effect in my life and have been for a couple weeks, specifically.

Basically, the secret is a lot like "Mind over Matter", it's comment sense. If you believe in something whole-heartedly and don't have any doubts, it'll come to you. Don't get me wrong, some things can't be helped such as death or making a specific person care for you, but you can do lots of other things.

One of the guys said three things need to be done to get what you want. First, you need to believe it. Second, you need to do some action that will help create the outcome. Thirdly, you need to envision the outcome. Simple enough, eh?

For example, I'm working on my weight. I've lost fifteen pounds in two weeks. I only started exercising yesterday so we'll see how that goes. Anywho... I said, "I don't want to be fat anymore." I then started changing my eating habits, I don't eat sweets at all, well.. barely. I drink hot co-co sometimes. I'm also exercising now. To keep myself motivated, I picture myself more beautiful and healthy.

When I quit smoking, I plan to be doing similar things. When you are working toward something you want and/or need, you need to keep yourself motivated by looking at how the end result will make the rough times worth it, and to keep your mind focused on that will make the rough times seem not so rough. You have to believe in yourself and make sure you don't get too overwhelmed.

Another thing one of the guys threw in there was how we're all energy and the whole universe is energy. Any type of matter is energy. E=MC^2, right? Energy = mass x (299,792,458 x 299,792,458)

That's how the atomic and hydrogen bombs were created. About 70% of any living thing is made up of water (H20) or hydrogen x 2 + Oxygen x 1. Hydrogen bombs are far more powerful than an atomic bomb, which is very powerful itself. Hydrogen bombs are more powerful because hydrogen is lighter than uranium, which is used in A-Bombs. That means that more hydrogen can fill the same amount of space as an atomic bomb, yet cause a more powerful reaction. Hydrogen is lighter than uranium so when you look at one fusion of nuclei, the energy seems to be less, but there is so much more hydrogen that the end result creates a greater amount of energy than that of an A-Bomb. All you need to set off a hydrogen bomb is a certain amount of heat which I can't find out for the life of me, so I can't tell you the temperature that is.

Anyways, I just wanted to use that as an example of how we're all energy, specifically using h-bombs and a-bombs to show you because I think it's all fascinating. We have so much energy bubbling beneath the surface and our bodies create enough energy to move and live and think. It's all so interesting to me. And I can't believe what humans have began to do. Creating a star here on earth...

Stars.. The creators of all living things. Their deaths cause us to live. They release all of the essentials for life, carbon, hydrogen, iron, etc etc.. The stars, the planets, and all living things are connected. Without our star or our planet, we wouldn't be here. How could something that plays such a major part in your entire being not be interesting?

I love it!

I'll hush, this is entirely too long.
