i agree! though when he first cut it (HIMSELF! because he's such a good hair stylist? lol) i thought it looked worse. but now it's better. [nods]
i admit i did like that moment though. it was such a cliché 'girly' thing to do (y'know in films and stuff) and one thing i like about this show is the gender role reversal in a lot of ways (e.g. Summerbot as Arnold, Derek and John as the ones ruled by emotion, etc). it makes me happy.
also i used to kind of have hair like that. it was a bit longer in front though. hehe.

They styled John as this not cool emo kid 'cause well duh he needs a story arc where he grows up to be the cool hero with spiffy hair. :P And now that he has his spiffy hair and has already shot some evil robots, he's eventually going to get the girl(bot). AND THEY LIVED HAPPILY EVER AFTER, THE END.

i suck at explaining, so voilà. basically they are a blackmetal (avant-garde, i guess? according to wikipedia. i suck at genres sometimes) band also from Norway. i only have this album, but i will upload it for you soon. :D according to that page it says: It has a dark, eerie, almost carnival sound to it... <- that is definitely how i would describe it. it's not so much the lyrics that i like (although lol satan), i mostly love the music itself. i don't dislike the lyrics (they're just not as ...personal, i guess?) i just like the music better. it's pretty and weird. it's like with SCC, the writing isn't always stellar, but I FUCKING LOVE IT SO MUCH ANYWAY AND OMG WHY AM I RAMBLING AGAIN? haha. ahem. so... yeah. will upload soon and i downloaded the discography of Opeth but it wouldn't play on my itunes because i have a Mac and it is lame so i had to do some converting to get it to work and the quality went down major...ly (is ( ... )
