i spilled on a passenger for the first time today.it was the classic I was handing the cup over and we both thought he had it so I let go. he didn't have it.
it was orange juice and his morning flight to an important business meeting.
instead of trying to clean himself up he decided to sit there miserable, soggy and sticky.
a very sour and pouty 50 yr old.
it may have been partly my fault but it was how he decided to react that probably ruined his day and reminded me that our reactions shape our outlook. and that we choose how we react.
I'm just glad he hadn't asked for coffee!
