Over ice, pour:
10 oz. dong gwa cha (sweet winter melon drink)
1 shot spiced dark rum (proprietary blend, or use Capt. Morgan's, I suppose)

I don't know of any other households in which this can be prepared. It's delicious. I think I'm going to call it a " Widow Ching".
