NYE options for PTBO folks, and visitors.
Aright folks it’s time to decide what the plan is for New Years Eve. Now I know we all hate to make decisions until the last minute but for the sake of seeing you all in one place at one time I would like to nail this one down within the next couple of days. Options include:
1) Renting the hall (it is already reserved) and doing a BYOB/Potluck which will cost everyone about $15 per person (regardless of your intent for the night). This is the option we must choose if there are more than 30 people expected to attend. For this option I will need money from some of you ahead of time, as its Christmas and I don’t have the money to pull it off alone. Time is running short to pull this off, but there is still time.
OR
2) Have a potluck BYOB gathering at my place. The draw back to this is that I don’t want the place trashed (not likely to happen as it would be invite only). If you want an invitation email me at simian.logic@gmail.com though if you know me well you don't actually need an invitation (I'm talking to you eyebeams and friends there of, and you dantrazz and friends there of, and you puddlejumper and friends there of). This option will work if we expect around 20-30 (generally the numbers are for obvious reasons not precise) people to join us on New Years Eve. This would not be the bash of the century but I feel that it would be a fun/casual time. Good food, and good friends.

If I don’t hear back from many folks, I’m just going to do something at my place. Casual friends only type thing. And everyone else can go party their brains out at the vibe or whatever it is they want to do (each to their own!).
Feel free to forward this on to anyone you think might be interested or anyone obvious that I missed. Also if your email is not the one I have or it is not working... well sorry! But this is all I can do for now. Also if anyone doesn't get an invite who was supposed to I appologize in advance (I never mean to exclude anyone, but if I can't get a hold you in time then I just can't sorry!). Oh and another thing. If you don't know who this email is from ask Allison, Saviour and or Brian. I have met you before you just likely don't remember as I'm not very memorable.
