..whhhat a blaast.
sooo, Florida was a b l a s t and I had a really good time.. so here's the short version of what I did while I was there..
Thursday: I missed school, and packed my things for Daytona. I ended up leaving my house at 5:20pm and met up with Meags at Jessie's house.. Jessie rode down with Meags and I rode down with my parents(meags followed us) we got to the airport and loaded our luggage onto the plane, we waited about and hour, played UNO with JB's family, Ron, April and Tanya. we ate too. eventually around 9pm, we boarded the plane and flew down to the Orlando airport.. we showed up at the airport at 12:20am, and had to wait until 1:30am for our car rental. we then drove another 2 hours to our hotel in Daytona Beach, Ron drove and I had to sit next to him on the condole in the middle of the seat with something going up my ass, it was a good time..we got to the hotel and all passed out as soon as we walked in the door.
Friday: Jessie and I woke up around 8:30, got dressed and went down to the ocean.. we had the best view from our hotel.. so we hung out at the beach all day, the sand was sooo nice, and the sun was bright and hot.. the ocean was nice, not to cold, but not hot. the pool was really warm.. Ali, Meags, Jessie, Ashley and I rented a four wheeler and rode around on the beach for about an hour.. we had toons of guys chasing us down and following us, we met the towel boy;-) then we went out to diner at Stacy's with half the team, it was a fun time. then we all went back down to the beach, and hung out late around the pool and the beach.. watched the sunset. it was really prettty.
Saturday: we had to wake up at 7:30am to get breakfast before we had practice on the beach, at 9.. sooo many people were watching us when we were practicing, we were definetly showing off. but hey, it was fun. so practice ended up going reallt well. After practice we all went back to our rooms and took showers and went down to the beach for a while. Katie and I went out, looking around at the different stores, and then had to rush back for the team dinner at the hotel, came back and found out we wern't doing it anymore so Alexis, Amy, Ashley, Kaylee, Katie, Crystal and I went on a HUUUUGE shopping spree, and had the best time.. we ended up getting back around 10:30..ish. Once I got back, Meags and I went back to one of the stores(Splash) so she could get a sweatshirt, like mine. When we got back, we hung out and talked and actually went to bed semi-early.
Sunday: Competition day! We were forced to get up at about 7am, and we had to go down to the conference room and put our make-up and hair in for competition. Around 9am we loaded up on the bus and headed over to the competition, we practiced our stunts outisde and then went inside and warme dup tumbling on the tumbling mats. they brought us to the competition mat and right before we went on, my tumbling pass got changed so I was really nervous.. but I did it, and I executed it well(round off back handspring layout, backhandspring bactuck) I was proud, and so was Kerri and Bash.. we got 2nd.. 10 points away from 1st. Right after we got our trophy we ran over to the other building and watched our youth team perform, they did soooo well. veery proud of them. we then go pictures in the front, on the grass.. walked over to where the buss dropped us off and waitd an hour for the bus o come.. it came and brought us back to the hotel. We all got changed and most of us went down to the beach for a while, and waited for Alexis to get back.. then Alexis, Ashley, Crystal and I went shopping again, and lost track of time.. so we called Bishop and she came and got us and brought us back to the hotel. I got back and hung out in the room with Meags, JB and Jessie.. Meags, JB and I ended up standing outside the rooms, talking to Delana, Kerri and Bash for a few hours and then.. well crazy shit happened.. we got to bed around 2 or 3.
Monday: We all woke up around 10..ish. got ready and went out to eat at IHOP, it was really good. we ended up getting back around 12:30..ish. Then we got in our bathingsuits and went down to the beach for the rest of the day. Jess and I went back to the room a little early, took showers and packed some of our stuff.. I started to do my homework and ended up passing out on the bed for a few horus. I woke up and Meags and Jessie had left and gone shopping, so I did homework.. when they got back we went to Burger King and gots salads and stuff for dinner. Ally got back and came to see us, half the team went down to the pool and swam.. Jessie and I took pictures of them and the moon and stuff.. we had fun with it.Then uhh, Lora and I went downstairs and played on the race cars for about a half hour.. we must have wasted like 20 dollars on it.. hehe. it was fun.. so I went back to my room and talked with Sara for a few hours before falling asleep.. finally fell asleep, really late.
Tuesday: we had to wake up at 4, and get all of our luggage in the car, and drive back to Orlando, which was a 2 hour drive.. we missed our flight and had to pay extra for the next flight. Finally got on the plane, and Sara and I fell asleep for as long as we could, so time would pass by.. we woke up to the plane shaking.. the wind was really bad.. so yea.. good ol' New England. lol. we got to Mandchester FINALLY.. and I saw my mom and dad.. Jeremy was there behind my mom, I was surprised.. so we drove home and I unpacked my stuff.. and fell asleep. so.. here I am now and am I soooo happy to be home.:-) and I'm exhausted. Good night.
