so ina may called me last night after she had just gotten in from her flight. and she sounded excited, she was like, "guess who I sat next to in the airport?" and she's like "...someone famous."
I was thinking like... ben affleck or something?
and she goes, "benji."
and I was like "ina may, shut the fuck up..."
but she was totally serious.
she said he was with his girlfriend in the DC airport, and flew on the same plane as them to chigaco, and got off at chigaco. except him and his girlfriend were in first class so she didn't see much of him on plane.
she said she came and sat down next to this girl with a good charlotte patch on her backpack, and she was sitting with the girl on her left and her brother on her right, and the girl was super nice and really sweet sounding, she had to move some of her bags so ina may could sit down, and so they talked briefly... then a couple minutes later benji walks up and sits down next to the girl and hands her something, like food or whatever, and said something like "I couldn't get you whatever cause they didn't have it so I got you this..." and ina said he sounded SO sweet and like he really liked her, she said he had the cutest and most sweetest sounding voice ever. and that they were obvsiously together and hugging or whatever and it was really cute.
she was sitting ONE seat away, with his girlfriend in between. ahhh.
and when she was boarding the plane she passed by them and he was looking at her and smiled at her, and she smiled back but then looked away. IDIOT, why did she LOOK AWAY??? haha. but yeah, she said that it seemed like at first he thought she was gonna recognize him and freak out but she didn't and he seemed a little surprised or... something.
she hates good charlotte, but she sounded pretty excited, it was funny. and she's like "yeah, benji's fucking HOT" because before she didn't think so cause of all his tattoos.
they got off in chicago, so I was thinking maybe they were going to visit tony or something? heh, so he's probably still there now.
sigh. I wish I could see benji in an airport.
she's like "I was gonna call you but then I just didn't."
and I was like "AHHH WHY NOT?"
and she was like "probably cause you'd start freaking out like you are now."

lucky lucky girl, whoever his girlfriend was. ina may said she was pretty, but not gorgeous, kind of just average almost. but she was super nice. aww, I'm happy for them because ina may said they looked really happy together. and she just kept saying how nice benji was treating her, like such a good boyfriend.
