so I called elise and she's like "YEAH!! i'm going to casanovas for new years eve!! WOOO!!!" and I'm like greeeat, I can't get in because I'm not 21. I guess I'll just... sit around and eat popcorn or something.
I called paige, she's on oahu. can't do anything with her. I told her that pepper's playing at the pipeline cafe over there on new years, though, and I'm oh so fucking jealous that she might get to go.
I called christine. she's in california. but she's coming back tomorrow morning and so we kinda made plans to hang out, and maybe go to a party for new years. there's one in makawao, and one in kaupo... I hope I can at least do something. sigh, and I have this girlish fantasy of it being a minute to midnight and somehow robbie and me end up smooching under the moonlight. ha. like that'll ever happen.
I'm getting a cell phone soon. woo. I really want the camera phone cause that would be RAD but I don't think I can get it. cause cassandra has this thing with her phone company where she can get a free phone and an extra line for free, 20 bucks a month. I'd pay 10, my mom would pay 10. sounds good. but the free phone is a crap phone. oh well.
I haven't talked to ina in forever. :( I miss her.
I bought this pretty pretty skirt the other day from paia. long and flowy, a light tan color, basically a total hippie skirt. I <3 it. 45 bucks, but I still <3 it.
I read this article on the strokes today, and I dunno, that band is slowly starting to grow on me. I had no clue that the drummer was dating drew barrymore! whoah! definete step up from tom green, however.
