Vampire!Noe
I'm starting to feel horrible addicted to Vampires... (if you don't know what I'm talking about, click HERE; joining is free, you don't even need to give an email, only to choose a name and a passport) That is, my life is truly boring lately, so I've got to check this mad game two or three (or six) times at day.
I hate the fact you have to *wait* for your action points (AP) so you can move. I've reading a bit about the game, and there are powers you can get, but, of course, you have to *pay* for them, so you have to save money. And lots of money. Around 8.000 coins for powers level 1, 12.000 for level 2 and 18.000 for level 3 (and it depend on the power). If you get around 100 or 150 coins per day, that mean that you have to wait three long months for even trying to obtain one of those powers.
But that is not all. After some inquiring (at several sites such as this site or this one), I've discovered you must drink blood in pubs so the barman *maybe* will tell you where to find guilds (100 coins for one blood drink). The guilds are the supposed places you can learn and obtain your powers, sometimes only paying, others paying and doing some quest. And those blasted guilds change of place every four days, more or less. So if you get word of one of those, go running, I suppose. But what if the guild is just at the other side of the city? I suppose you should have a Scroll of Teleportation, and get there without wasting APs or time. But those cost 3.500 or 5.000 coins, depending on the shop. Add, and you'll realize you need an enormous amount of money. To sum up, getting powers seems to be hell. And that considering you don't get robbed when trying to pay, or threw out to another location by a scroll of turning...
Now I have around 4.000 coins, and still, I suppose I must wait to have at least 10.000 before going for Thievery (1). That is a month and half, if I'm lucky hunting down humans, and no one of those is a vampire hunter who shots you down 20 pints of blood in one go (as I've sadly found two times already).
Another thing, I'm noesumeragi, but also another vampire with a different name and his own independent way. And trying to locate my alter ego along myself, noesumeragi, I've discovered that the city is different for my two creatures. That is, the location where currently noesumeragi is, don't exist in my other vampire's city. Can you believe it?? O___O
