just a few thoughts

+ Andy Roddick is the shit. Once again he shows how awesome he truly is by pulling out of Dubai, that took balls.

+On the tennis note: DAVIS CUP THIS WEEKEND!!! Down with the Swiss. Once again I must say that I would kill to go to Davis Cup matches!  This is not monkey business to Bob & Mike! (and if you got that joke then your name is Tara)

+I've decided to stay at K-state another year (yaay 5th year senior) to get my Women Studies degree as well as my Psych degree. I'll probably take classes my first semester and internship my second.

+only two more home basketball games :( and I am working tonight so I am missing the second to last one.

+138 days until HARRY POTTER AND THE HALF BLOOD PRINCE!!!!!!!!! Holler!! only had to wait an extra 7 months ><

+and lastly I thought I'd share the most amazing (and simple) Cream Cheese Rolls with you all .... and because someone was wondering how to make them ;)

OK, these are the ingredients you will need:
-One package of cream cheese
-One bag of powder sugar
-One tube of 8 biscuits, the jumbo flaky ones are the best.
-and some flour so the biscuits don't stick to the counter
- and a pan and a rolling pin.

Make sure the cream cheese is softened and add 1/3 cup powder sugar (or more if you want them really sweet) and mix it together.

Next put some flour down and roll out your first biscuit, flipping it over a few times and rolling over it again with the rolling pin.

Put a scoop (1-2 tablespoons) of the cream cheese mixture in the middle of the rolled out biscuit and spread it like so.

Then fold the top and bottom parts of the biscuit in

Then roll up the end....

Like so....

And then repeat for the rest of the biscuits. You'll want to put more flour down for each of the next biscuits so they don't stick.

Then put them all in a greased pan

Then follow the baking instructions on the biscuit's. Oven at 350 and bake for about 17 minutes.

Mine didn't get done enough in the center as you can see, so you may want to bake them for around 20 minutes depending on your oven.

And lastly you frost them!  In the frosting just use a little vanilla (1 teaspoon) and milk (1/4 cup) and a little melted butter (1 tablespoon)
Then mix in powder sugar (it takes quite a bit) until its thick and looks like frosting :P

Then frost!

AND ENJOY :)
