Pancreatitis and lipadosis (which is a fatty liver, with mild inflammation). The lipadosis is actually relatively common in cats, its the pancreatitis that caused the bigger problem. He was given a feeding tube (that tube poking up there goes around into the front of the neck through a small incision) and he'll be living off of feeding from there until his full appetite returns. He's on medication for the pancreatitis, and for the pain right now, and last I checked is on a Vitamin K supplement to get his enzymes down (its around 4 something right now, which if it gets higher it indicates liver failure . Last big hurdle, but the doctor is saying "when" he goes home, not "if" so it should be okay
