Amanda Palmer thinks I'm cute (aka best night of my life)
Sooooo, tonight I went to see Amanda Palmer in concert. AMAZING. She sang some amazing songs, and took time out to actually talk to the audience, which was great. She is sooo nice. And also hillarious. At one point, we had an impromptu action for a kiss with her; so everyone was bidding, and she asked if anyone would go to $70, and my hand shot up faster than my brain even knew what was happening (I must've been within 10-15ft of the stage in the standing crowd), and she saw me and said "ok... well, you're pretty cute, actually." IT WAS THE GREATEST MOMENT OF MY LIFE. I got her autograph after the show, but she didn't have time to talk or anything because the line was basically 12 miles long, and no, I didn't get to kiss her (winning bid was $300)... but it was still awesome! :D
