There's always that...

So, basically, one good thing has happened since I've been back at school. And it just happened today. ROCK ON WITH MY BAD SELF, HOLY SHIT.

So, my history class is like the entire history of Western Civilization, and it's the one class that I really like so far (I actually hate acting classes in general, which explains a bit there; also, I'd like my dance class better if it wasn't systematically punching my face in... hopefully, that'll get better later on, when I actually have a clue as to wtf is going on), as my prof is awesome, Buffy is in my class (yay roomies!), and the material is actually pretty cool. Instead of focusing on a timeline of events, we're looking at each point in history by using a famous trial from that era to better understand the specific time-period. It's pretty cool. Anyway, the prof showed us the trials we'd be doing on the first day of class, and I immediately picked out which cases I wanted to do. It works this way: It's kinda like a debate, with some students arguing as the prosecutors, and others as the defense, then the rest sit on the jury (except for the people who get the week off). Well, for once in my life, I actually got the EXACT assignments I wanted. No lie. It's PERFECT. Check it:

Prosecution: JESUS (I'm a sick person, I know)
Defense: Eichmann (I'm either reallyyyyyyyyy sick in the head, or just enjoy playing devil's advocate way too much)
Jury: Socrates, Galileo, Amistad (I didn't really have a prefernce for the juries)
Week off: Joan of Arc (lol, please no more Joan of Arc! I was so over-saturated with saints as a kid in CCD, I'm glad I don't even have to deal with her)

XD

college, random, silliness
