All Good Things Must Come To an End
So, today was a very special nerd day for me.
1) Star Trek! For those of you who didn't already know, the early seasons of TNG had many episodes that were loosely based on the episodes of TOS. Such was the case today, when SpikeTV ran the first season TNG episode "The Naked Now" (YES, this IS the one I have on tape because it's the one in which Data gets some)... while G4 was simultaneously running the TOS episode that it was based on, "The Naked Time" (Which was really funny, by the way. Spock is in CONTROL of his emotions... *sobbing*)! Having already seen the TNG spin-off-y episode, I spent more time watching the original. However, it was still highly amusing to know that they were airing both shows at the same time.
2) LAST SOCK'N'BUSKIN MEETING EVER!!! It was so fun... and sad... and awesome. I will miss it so good! I managed to tag the piano box before they closed the auditorium on us, which made me very happy. Special prizes go to whomever finds where I signed it first!
3) I finally took a picture of Rob's MAD FREAKING HATTER hat for you guys. It was night and the hat was in a display case at the time, so the picture's kinda crappy...
Ebenezer is in the picture, too. That man loved that cane WAY more than he ever loved me, let me tell you...
