Oh, Thanksgiving break, you make me remember that Christmas will soon be here. And Christmas just seems to make everything seem a little bit better. Even misery is pretty fucking awesome when accompanied by the scent of pine needles. I think I could get some good writing done with that, actually.
I think I want a PS3. I think I won't get one anytime soon.
So, I got psuedo-asked to prom yesterday. Twas... interesting. I was having a conversation about dressing up and dances and proms with Chris (aka Chad, Gandalf, Esko, the Pimp, Andi's ex-boyfriend) and Brooke in Forensics, and all of a sudden Chris says that if his girlfriend (who lives up in New England) can't make it down for senior prom and I don't have a date, then the two of us should go together. I was just like "OK!" and I'm fairly certain that I'm going to hold him to it. Cause I mean... why not? It's not like it's absolutely going to happen, and I guess it would be fun. My sense of self-worth just went up a little bit.
Also yesterday: I noticed how very adorable Nature Boy was. I dunno if I'll do anything about it.
I WAS MRS. SHARKEY'S MYSTERY PERSON OF THE WEEK TODAY! YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY!!!!!!!!
Stuff to do this week = Philosophy t-shirt, The Social Contract, buy books for La, and finish applying to college. I'm liking the Philosotee best. It means I get to go shopping.
States is next week, oh em gee. It's gonna be fan-fucking-tastic. :D
I believe that it is time to make myself a Christmas list. BECAUSE I WANT STUFF. Stuff like...
*CDs. I can always use more Pearl Jam (<3), and Oasis & U2 are both coming out with greatest hits albums in the near future.
*DVDs. Star Trek and Six Feet Under would rock.
*Clothing. Because my pants are tearing apart at the seams and I only own 1 sweatshirt.
*Video games. PS3!!!!!!!! Or, just more better PS2 games and gear (*am in desperate need of some new controlers*).
*A Moulin Rouge Poster. How have I gone this long WITHOUT one?!
*A Boyfriend?
I must go food now.
