The ghost in the machine
So I updated OS X and iTunes at the same time, and for whatever reason, when it rebooted, the ghostly voice of Timothy Leary came through my speakers, repeating over and over "Think for yourself. Question authority." I rebooted and it was fine... but at the time, nothing was open.
