picture this. just black. and cold. you feel as if your skin is made of spiders. you feel their hairy feet running all you. millions of them. once in a while you feel a sharp pinch on part of your body and the pain surges to every nerve in your body. then numb pain. more of a dull pulse. you hear a voice telling you to open your eyes. you do. all you see is the same blackness only this time with millions of different colored stars. no more spiders. you blink and for a brief second you feel the spiders once again. okay. so you have to keep your eyes open. that's clear now. you look down and see that you're wearing what you wore 3 days ago. you remember this because you spilled hot coffee on your lap and embarrassed yourself in front of her. god damn. you remember the feeling. your face felt hot. she was trying not to laugh and all you wanted to do was grab her and hurt her. the burning in your crotch made you sick. you wanted her to feel pain so then you could laugh. or at least she wouldn't. the coffee stains are no longer there. you lift up your shirt to see that your flesh is no longer burnt either. you feel your face and are reminded that it's been at least 4 days since you've shaved. so where the hell are you? you try to yell but there's no sound. at this point you realize that it's not only you that can't make a sound. there is no sound. you stomp your foot and, though the ground feels hard, as if made of rock or concrete, there is no sound. you look up and slowly the stars in front of your face are disappearing. the world is becoming gray. you are able to see the black silhouettes of dead trees. you look down and the floor is made of dirty, cracked pavement. there's nothing else. just concrete and dead, black trees. the stars are gone now. but the silience is still there. it's deafening. you strain to hear something but there's nothing. a fog comes in and lurks around the black trees. just when you think you're going to go crazy in this silence you hear something. it sounds like a snapping bone and then you feel the pain. in your back. it's excruciating. you fall to the ground look behind you just in time to see the silhouette holding a smoking gun. he turns and walks away into the fog. you hear his foot steps grow quieter until he's gone. now all is silent again. you try to scream but there's no sound. you start to cry and watch your tears silently fall to the ground a few inches beneath your face. you close your eyes and see her. see he laughing. but not at you this time. you reach out to touch her face. to touch her lips. then all goes black. you feel the spiders again and throw your eyelids open to make them go away. this time they don't go away. the world around you is going black. wait. there are the stars again. you know you're dying. you try to raise your hand to make the crawling stop. but you are now paralyzed. the stars disappear and everything is black. you feel cold. you feel as if your skin is made of spiders. you feel their hairy feet running all you. millions of them. once in a while you feel a sharp pinch on part of your body and the pain surges to every nerve in your body. then numb pain.
