fun weekend!!
This weekend kicked ass! Brian and I decided to visit the old golf course/park on the other side of the highway yesterday. I had never been over there, so I had no idea there was such a great park just minutes away from my dorm!! Now I have an awesome outdoor place to study again!!!! I was beginning to miss my lakes from home, but there are tons of great climbing trees and several lakes and ponds there, and lots of birds!!! Wahoo! Then we went to see A Little Night Music which was a neat play (Katie's brother did a great job), went fooding afterwards at Kroger, then stayed up till 3 am watching Woody Allen movies. Not the kind of fun most people have in college on the weekends, but I really enjoyed it.

and here are my new duck friends...they followed us around the lake for a really long time. Guess they thought I was going to feed them. Brian kept calling me "duck queen," and said my subjects demanded food...looks like they are ready to attack in this picture. Don't worry, I still have all ten fingers :) Toodles for now mi amigos! (yay for me updating...and I didnt think I could do it!)
