i really cant believe im leaving on friday. that thought is just crazyness! im stuck between chicago and minneapolis and its killing me! it really hit hard on tenorio tuesday when i was playing wine pong against the "terrible twosome" (aka maggie and sondra). it was my last regular tuesday night. so i have deicded that with this entry i will write about fun stuff im looking forward to/that have recently occured not dealing with the fact that im leaving some of the most amazing people i know.
- so today my stepsister had a baby. his name is henry. apparently im now an aunt. although i dont consider myself one, bc ive only seen christa about 15 times in my life.
- today while i was getting my "daily dose of derek" via the phone, he deicded to come down to the cities on friday nigth instead of saturday morning which makes me sooo much more excited! that means hes staying three nights with me! AND THEN on tuesday night he s staying over again cause the next day he is flying out to NYC. iapparently hes keeping his car in our garage. which means mine is outside. this is not a good idea for a car with no top on it.
-i received the oddest package from my dad yesterday. it included his ipod and a set of his new car keys. no letter/note. i called him to find out why the heck i was sent all this stuff with no explanation. i got my stepmom. apparently he wants me to update his ipod and in return i get a set of car keys for the car they will never let me touch. great guys, i really appreciate that one. the one thing i did find interesting is that they make new "smart keys". theres literally no key on the car keys. it apparently just has to be in the car and then you press a button. soo weird.
- sam and megan called me yesterday and i got uber excited to see them. sam asked me what i have been up to and i couldnt respond. so much has happened since i last saw her. but i suppose thats why we have an entire month to catch up and all. and all us madtown folk are gettting together saturday night and partying it up in my basement after the pride bbq. then sunday is the parade! i think im getting redundant with all this talk of pride.
-IAN YOU BETTER GET OFF FOR THE 4th so we can hang out!
-theres talk of a manditory sleepover on thursday night before i leave....i dont know if i want to attend. blaa.
-im digging motion city lately...ive always like them but i think im about to hit my obsessing phase with them. i think this has somethign to do with ok go.
-i cant think of anythign else that fits in these categories.
