(no subject)
Blech. I still have about a half an hour left of work to do (they e-mailed everyone and begged us to take any work we could because they're so backed up), but I'm also taping up my office so I can paint. Unfortunately, I can't do it all... I can't reach the ceiling (even on the stepladder), so I have to wait for Zach to get home. I also have behind my desk and behind our big comfy chair still to do because I can't move them on my own. And then I have to move Darlington's litterbox out for a while. I'm thinking it's just going to sit in front of the back door, since no one uses it.
This should be a good weekend. Get my office painted, then R E L A X!
It's the 500, so we can just stay at home and do nothing. I got dinner for both Saturday AND Sunday figured out, so I'll have Zach stop by the grocery store to pick up a few things and that's taken care of (I HATE figuring out what to make for dinner. I always wait until the last minute, so you should be proud. Haha.). AND, thanks to omgangiepants, I think we'll have lasagna tonight. :P
Oh yeah, the car show. It was pretty fun. I was a little worried that I was going to freak out with all the people. I did SO well! I didn't get sick or (too) nervous at all! I even spoke up in the little room waiting for the elevator when a guy came in and asked how to get to the show. There were about 10 people in the room and ME of all people spoke up! I was shocked. Zach was proud of me. :)
And we met Marco. If we would have gone on Saturday like we planned, we would have met him and Mario, but we just didn't get enough sleep Friday night so we went on Sunday.
