I'm going to be 25 in less than 3 months.

Mar 10, 2006 01:39

Its heading towards 2 in the morning, and I'm lying here in Ashley's bed. She's gone home to Baltimore until next Tuesday, which means I'll basically be living in her and Cait's room until she gets back. Not that I don't already live here, but I actually have a bed to sleep in, instead of my usual spot in the bean bag chair on the floor.
Cait's passed out. I went upstairs to take out my contacts, brush my teeth, and put in my nightguard. When I got back she had already buried herself under purple blankie. I don't know how she sleeps all covered up the way she does--Ashley does it too. I enjoy being under the covers, but I can't handle having my face covered.
Its weird; while I normally can't stand constant noises, I think I would be more bothered if the fan wasn't on in Cait and Ashley's room. Its literally on all the time, even if their not home. Unfortunately its not quite loud enough to cover up the sound of Cait grinding her teeth. She doesn't do it all the time, but when she does it makes me shudder. Its like nails on a chalkboard.
Okay, this computer is getting way too warm for my lap, so I'm going to put it away and get some sleep so that I'm awake for babysitting tomorrow. I'm pretty excited because I haven't seen Olivia and Abby for a while. Apparently Abby rolled over from back to front the last time Cait was there. It blows my mind how fast kids grow up. I started watching Olivia when she was only a few months old, and now here she is, about to be 3 in May; and she has a little sister now. Life really does amaze me sometimes when I manage to stop being pissed off at it for a little while.
