(no subject)
things right now are going well. i have narrowed it down to two subjects of major and minor where school is concerned. i will either be majoring in psychology and minoring in sign language or majoring in journalism and minoring in film studies.
what i would really love to do is major in film studies, but there are no schools in michigan that offer it as a major and i can't afford to go out of state right now. journalism is what i had down as a major when i started delta but changed my mind, i'm still not too sure about it though, the last journalism class i took was in high school.
i'm taking sign language 2 right now and i absolutely love it. i would love to continue with it, and if i take psychology they would fit nicely with each other. i am sketchy about psych too, though, because it's a lot of school and i'm not really sure if i'm right for it. i'm serious, film studies is what i really want.
this semester is my last at delta and i could not be happier.
my mother called me today and told me i might have a job opportunity, a better one that is. a man she works for is being hired in as a store manager of family video [which actually pays better than the bank]. this man is none other than marcus morgan's step brother, he's a really nice guy. anywho, a job at family video probably pays better than here and it is a movie store, definitely a plus. i'm not getting my hopes up though.
there is one thing that i wish i never did; go to a community college. it really just brings you down, if i would have gone to a four year university i don't think those two/two and half years that stopped caring about school all together would have ever happened. i can't change the past though, so onward. :)
i just hope i make the right desicion.
