_mr_awesome (brandon james gerads) shall be declared "participant a" in this document
i, the individual clicking the link on _mr_awesome's livejournal, shall hereby be referred to as "participant b"
i, participant b, by clicking the link to this post on participant a's livejournal, be it on his personal page or on my "friends" page, hereby accept this contract and agree to all terms within.
i, participant b, shall pledge my undying soul to participant a in exchange for the right to view participant a's journal. if a third party is currently in possession of the soul in dispute, that third party will be stripped of participant b's soul and their own, as inconvenience expenses.
this contract is assumed to have been in effect since april 1st, 2005. any viewings after this date will be under the protection of this contract, and no objections shall be made on the part of participant b, who has already agreed to the terms discussed within.
