Tom Reynolds was told of the Mark-Foley-hitting-on-teenagers thing.
Do you know how close to home this is? North Tonawanda is under the congressional representation of Tom Reynolds. Depew is under the congressional representation of Tom Reynolds. I have played rugby against kids whose parents voted in a guy who decided a U.S. Congressman sending suggestive emails to a congressional page isn’t the kind of thing you tell the head of the House Page Board.
Reynolds is thought to be vulnerable on this account, especially since he apparently contributed money to Foley’s re-election fund even after being told about Foley’s behavior with minors. -Wikipedia
And you know how I found out about this? The press guy for Lynn Marinelli tried to tell me what his job was, but he found there wasn’t a lot of press today because everything was focused on Reynolds.
Fun fact: The man Reynolds is running against is a man named Jack Davis, who was a Republican for 50 years.
Following a moderately heated dispute, Cheney staff members ordered Davis to be ejected from the [1,000-dollar-a-plate] fundraiser. Davis then quit the Republican party. -Wikipedia
Allow me to reiterate:
QUIT
THE
REPUBLICAN
PARTY
That takes style. That guy has pizzazz.
Today, I sent letters about the Buffalo Bills to every New York representative you can think of.
[A] proposal has been made to rename that portion of Abbott Road between Southwestern Boulevard and Bills Drive as “Jim Kelly Boulevard,” as a fitting honor to Jim’s illustrious career, and, more importantly, to the many civic and philanthropic causes to which JimKelly has dedicated his post-football career. -Your legislating body.
And for some reason Hillary Clinton cares about this.
