Big Brother UK thoughts...
I like the cast as a whole save a few people.
Here are my thoughts on them:
Ben: He is very posh-acting and posh-sounding. He is adorable guy and is very inquisitive and always likes solving problems. I thought he was gay, like most people did but he does seem to have the ladies into him.
Corin: Yes she looks like Jordan (Katie Price), but she is someone I would very much love to get to know since she has just such a huge personality. Plus she has rather large boobs.
Caoihme (Keeva): She sounds like Noirin from last season and looks like a 80s supermodel. She is a self-professed fag-hag and has been really nice so far to the gays in the house.
Dave: The minister who got booed a lot on opening night. I have liked Dave from the start. He seems so genuine and hasn't been overly-preachy against the other housemates.
Govan: The one I like the least. He seems to be such a catty little man. He is young, I get that, but when you say something like "I know what I said but I didn't mean it that way," you leave the door up for interpretation. He doesn't seem apologetic and gets upset when he feels that people are trying to act above him. Just haven't been a fan of his.
Ife: She seems pretty normal. She is extremely beautiful. I don't feel like she has enough of a personality to win. She seems to easily be swayed by others.
John James: The Australian hunk. While not my type, he is going to be nice eye candy for the summer. He isn't into himself like I thought he would be. He seems easy to stir up but he takes a good ribbing.
Josie: I fucking love her!!!! She is a little dense at times but she has great comedic timing. I know that the only thing that will get her in any trouble is if she plays a joke on someone that goes awry, otherwise she needs to keep showing her personality.
Mario: The mole is no longer a mole. He passed his task and is a housemate. He is the only gay male in the house. He has a huge crush on Ben and I love how he follows him around like a lovesick puppy. He might get in trouble for being a bit boring now that he is no longer the mole.
Nathan: The man with the unibrow. He has turned himself into the house cook. He is making amazing meals with so little food. He is flying under the radar but Rachael and Josie have been into him more. The only hairy man in the cast.
Rachael: This is the Beyonce look-a-like. She looks exactly like her. She doesn't sound like her but she seems nice enough. She might be out early because she hasn't really shown a personality at all.
Shabby: The only lesbian in the house. She has been pretty much a firecracker about everything. It is more like a spoiled child. She seems to be controlling of the other women in the house and even some of the men. I am not a huge fan of hers only because she seems to not allow others to have their say on their feelings. She also thinks the worst in situations.
Steve: This is their answer to Eddie from BB USA 1. He is missing both legs, an eye and part of his right arm in places. He isn't bitter or controlling and is treating this game with a playfulness to it. I was not expecting this from this guy. A nice teddy bear of a man. I don't think he will win but he will be in the final.
Sunshine: I am mixed on her. She is highly intelligent and whimsical. She also seems to be tad fake in her appearance. I think she is trying to discover herself. Unfortunately she is wanting everyone else to watch her.
That is my take on the housemates in Big Brother for this year. My pick is Josie to win but I see her doing something stupid which lets someone get in to win.
