Setting Up a "Mouse & Shaun Bakery"
i am thinking of setting up a mini home bakery business =X
however im rather unsure if i can make it or not.. with support with my baby.. he is rather sure we can do it
things are currently on my mind are, cookies, cupcakes, pineapple tarts
omg what a dilemma im in... i do not know if my product would be appealing and tastes good to you, however some of the product, mainly cookies are well praised by my frens who had tasted them before =X
cookies are: (i can invest my brain into making more sorts of cookie if you gimme your suggestion)
1) Coffee Chocolate Chip Cookie
2) Lemon Chocolate Chip Cookie
muffins are: (im such a idiot @ muffin, pls gimme some baking enlightenment if you hav, etc how to make it fluffy, light)
1) Banana Walnut Muffin
2) Strawberry Muffin
Pie:
1) Mum's Best Shepherb Pie
Pineapple tart, first try on it, getting good o' recipe from my grandma which has always been baking it for many years and its also a all time favourite of mine, other tart includes fruit tart! favourite of my colleagues =/ however need to further improve the look
cupcake would be a niche market for my brain, need to study more on it... however will still try it out
please do show your support to lil mouse if it is really going for this small business, and whatever it is, im all ears to listen to feedback, suggestions etc etc etc
