As promised, here is part two of my best-gig-ever story. So, as you know, at this point we are standing outside the Temple Bar Music Centre wondering (a) how are we going to get to meet the band and (b) how are we all going to get in (remembering, of course, that 5 out of 6 of us were underage - I was the only 18 year old). Boston sounds amazing. I'd sooooo love to visit, yey! Not sure how soon that'll be though. I've only just started uni this week, and am getting settled in okay, but I need to get a job and stuff. It's driving me a bit nuts - like there's loads of gigs I wanna travel up to London to see, but I can't book my tickets til I find out how flexible my job's gonna be...oh the horror!!! Can't wait to get the package. Have you got yours yet? It probably didn't arrive until after you moved out and stuff, but if you haven't got it yet I should warn you that it's rather small. Ah well, I'm a poor student now! By the way, you should come visit me in Canterbury. It's really close to London, you can stay with me for two nights for free and after that I can just pass you round my flatmates or something. It's also really close to London so we could spend a few days there if you fancy. Actually, tell you what, my friend Helen is living in London at the moment, and she has her flat for the whole summer so we could probably stay there for a while for free! Think about it, free accommodation in London for as long as we like? That's not an offer you hear very often. So you should come over to Canterbury at the end of the year, then we can move on to London, then on to Bangor! Yey! Anyhoo, I *will* come and visit you at some stage, I'm trying to get my parents to think about going to America on holiday but they all want to go places like Florida and California and so on. Grrr.
