In the month of October the stock market has plunged, dropped, descended, lost, and been rolled by the bear like a sotted quadriplegic hobo, BUT NOT CRASHED! Oh Heavens no!
In the month of October we have lost approximately 4,000 points on the DOW.
BUT THE PRICE OF OIL IS DOWN $70 A BARREL!
