i get to go to a rodeo tomorrow night with a girl from school...i hesitate to call her a friend, not cause i don't like her, you just never know how to define these things, ya know? anyway, she's really nice and stuff...her boyfriend's riding so i'm going along to keep her company...and make fun of people...he he he...it's gonna be fun
started haircutting today...one word...YIKES!! you should have seen my hands the first time i picked up those shears...it was like i was doing brain surgery or something...shaking like jello...i had to keep repeating to myself...this manequin will not scream...i can't hurt her...i've never done this before...i'm not supposed to be good at it...it was terribly nerve wracking.
can't believe two weeks from today i'll actually be working on real people...people who are paying for it...i mean my class will probably practice on each other, but we can't get mad for somebody screwing up cause chances are we'll do the same thing...but people are going to actually come to my vanity and sit in my chair and put their heads in my hands...literally...
...ok...i'm freakin out a little bit...
anywho...it should be a fun day tomorrow...let ya know how it turns out
if anybody wants to fly up to iowa to be my first customer i'd greatly appreciate it...i mean...with y'all i could just buy you dinner and make everything all better
