Sooooooooooo according to the wishes of my beloved smishbean, I shall try to give a quick overview of the trip. It was a marathon of great proportions. Our pilot guy was an ass on wheels who never apoligized for anything that he did wrong. We would search for an hour for our hotel and he wouldnt give us an hour of free time to explore the fabulous old cities that we were in. We went to Florence, Asissi, Padva, Rome, Venice, Siena, Pompeii, Castel Gondolfo (where the Pope was), and some others that I am momentarily forgetting the names of.

The bus rides were brutally long ( I had this old man that sat behind me who stank like a mixture of b.o. and pipe tobacco that he was constantly smoking and killing me with every puff) and the food was shit. Breakfast included bread, butter and jam, while dinner consisted of pasta, and a little bit of meat with ptoatoes. If you were lucky you would get some fruit at the end. The accomadations were all right. In one hotel, a lady was freaking out because a teeeeeeeeeeeeeeensy little lizard was climbing on her wall. It was super cute.

I really loved Italy because of the extreme history of the cities. Theres something that draws me to places that are old and have gone through so much. Its weird but I find architecture really fascinating too. Especially what people were capable of doing so long ago. Thats amazing. Like Pompei which was a thriving city until a volcanoe exploded killing the entire civilization. It left the people frozen in the positions they died in. Pretty cool. Rome is beautiful but I didnt get a chance to really see old Rome. I was mostly around the Vatican and I saw the Sistine Chapel which Micheal Angelo painted. I thought it would be bigger but its actually pretty small in comparison to St. Peter's basilica. The paintings in the chapel were amazing though. I find it extremely funny that Michael Angelo hated painting and he didnt want to paint this chapel. He signed the chapel - Michael Angelo: sculptor. (in case people thought it was ugly.) He was quite the perfectionist.

Ummm Capri was extremely beautiful. Its this island that everyone goes to and i got to swim in the agean for a total of 15 minutes cuz i got into a fight with my grandma. Ola and I wanted to swim somewhere else with our friends from Jersey but she said "NOOOOOOOOOOO" in her crazy loud voice and we fought for like an hour. yay lol. I didnt get much of a tan however because we were constantly visiting basilicas and churches and we didn spend much time outside at all. When I went to Venice it was really wet and I didnt get to go on a gondola because it was raining too hard and the gondaleers (or whatever you call them) were lazy and didnt want to go into the rain.

There sweedish guard that watches over the pope where very ghay clothes but a lot of them are incredibly cute. yummers. Italy only had one really cute skate boy that I noticed but I still think Id like to live there. Apparently, I have the makings to be a tour guide. Tourguide Iza. hahah could you see that? hehe.

Now I must go for my sister wants the computer. I shall update with plenty of pictures when I get back. Comment to make me happy foolios.
-Iza. :)
